I need a basic home workout plan for every day, can someone please help me? - home workout plan
in 14 and I weigh about 120 pounds. I exercise to strengthen muscles and do not know what to do, can someone please get a training plan for each day of the week? I buy any equipment or the money for a gym, I would be able to do a workout at home or when traveling. Please help
